Coffin Swap

This is the coffin I received from Valerie who is the leader of our swap group, The sum of all ATCs.
She is just the best in everything she does.  The coffins were from http://www.retrocafeart.com/
This is the inside of the coffin covered by a spider web.  The spider is hanging  from his web, and at the bottom of the coffin is the dust from "the body."  I am afraid that my picture don't do justice to this art piece.

To make this even more special is the box that is was mailed it.  The mailing label came off perfectly and so now I have this beautiful Halloween box also.
This is the front of the box and following are the back and the four sides.  What a great idea!

Thank you so much Valerie, I just love the coffin and the box.

Nancy, you lucky gal! That is an awesome coffin and I adore the box. What kind of box is it? Can you tell me about the spider web inside, did she do string art or whatever, or is it a stamp on transparency?

She always makes the rest of us look like slackers, LOL! The box is a wonderful extra. I am now a follower of your blog.

PS...have you ever thought of comment moderation instead of word verification?

So glad you got the label off without damaging the box. It was such a cute size that i just had to paint it up and mail something in it.

Hi there, What a great swap using a coffin-shaped box. Cool idea! I've been doing lots of knitting lately, even started a new afghan of fall colors. Hope you have a great weekend! Hugs, Nancy
