Header name centered

My nephew, Jerry, came over this morning and fixed my header for me.  I wanted the name centered and didn't know how to do it.  It didn't take him long, and now everything looks better.  Thanks, Jerry.

New Blog Header

I got tired of my old header so I found this very cute one on "Cute "n" cool" blogspot.com.  Unfortunately I don't know how to center the blog title.  Perhaps someone can tell me how? If I don't blog before then I hope that everyone has a very happy Thanksgiving.
